i have universal air suspension and its been on my car for about 4 or 5 yrs. now. i have a good size leak and never got it fixed and i been driving the car around like that for awhile. i disconnect the conector so that the compressors dont run all the time and i fill up the tank about 1x per week with air by putting the connector back on then i disconnect it again. lately i been getting a loud *** squeking noise from my front end? could it be from me driving the car around with no air that its putting more stress on the bushings? i sprayed silicone on on the lower strut bushing/control arm bushings etc. and its still squeky ! but i noticed the other day when i fill my tank up with air it doesnt really squek? o yea my lower ball joints are about 1 yr. old. what should i do or change ? ? ? i know i need to fix the leak but should i change bushings also ? ?

id get the leak fixed...then see if it still squeaks....riding without air is not good.

i sprayed some belt dressing on all the bushings underneath and its gone ?

should i take the time to take things out and lube them up ? my mechanic said that the bushings still look good . . . .
