Default ABS lights

hey guys, just picked up a 98 GS300!! but one problem...brake light warning, ABS, VSC and VSC OFF lights are on!

A little history on the car, when I bought it, it had the throttle body issue where the throttle motor had took a dump. Replaced that, and the CEL is gone now, also replaced the VSC butons down near the shifter because it was real sticky like it had coffee spilled on it before. Again, everything is good, drives good, but had a hard time on the highway, it shook!

I replaced the front brakes, and found out that there was one stock lug on when the car had aftermarket rims! also, one of the bolts that held the brake caliper on the bracket was seized. Changed the front brakes and cleaned the bolt, no more shake, but it still the ABS and other lights are still on. The brake booster looks new, and the abs wires look alright up front.

I haven't checked out the back brakes yet (being lazy), but would that cause an issue? Some of the rear brake light bulbs and a bulb on the third brake light are out, would that cause the dash lights to come on? Fuses are good too...so yeah, any input/help would be great guys! thanks
