MKIV shocks and swift springs. Swift springs are the best performance springs IMO. If you're just looked for a drop esplier, if you're looking for a drop and retain luxurious feel go with the gixxer_drew setup

The Tanabe GF210 spring rates are 476lbs/in.F 235.2lbs/in. R
They lower the TT 1.3 F and 1.1 R: That should equal close to a 2in drop for our cars....

What model Tanabes do you have? NF or GF... That makes a difference. I'm familiar with the GF210's the spring rates are close to stock TT. The MKI4 factory spring rates are: 430lbs/in.F and 219lbs/in.R

The Tanabe's give you a "firm factory ride". I currently have OEM TT springs and they feel great. But the GF210's will give me a 10%-20% "firmer" ride... Keep in mind, "firm" not "stiff".... I've heard for other people that the Eibach's give a "stiffer" ride... But that's not facts that's just personal opinions... The drop with the GF210's will be similar to this:
