Not sure, but from what i've read the is-f suspension is way to harsh and for the money you can get a set of springs/shocks or coilovers which would beat the stock is-f suspension anyways,

hmmm whats a good and affordable system? i keep hearing h&r and tokicos.... I'd to know which is good for adjusting the height
