Default What tightness should upper control arms be torqued too?

I have ordered new upper control arms from Sewell Lexus for my 2002 GS430. I don't have a repair manual for my car. Does anyone have the ability to look up what I should torque the upper control arms too when installing the new ones?

Thanks in advance.

The balljoint nut should be 64 ft-lbs and the two bolts should be 39 ft-lbs each.
