Default rear brake fluid pressure low

I just installed a used brake master cylinder because I thought mine was bad.
I first tried to bleed the brakes with the old unit that was in my car but with the key on there was very little fluid coming out, so i replaced the master cylinder and its slightly better pressure in the rears but its not spraying out like most cars i have bleed, its just kinda of oozing out. The fronts on the other had were shooting out with the key off.
I need some input. I read somewhere that if you disconnect the ABS fuse you can do it manually. Can i just unhook the battery?
Or if not what is the proper procedure also is it the abs fuse by the battery 1 and 2?

to bleed the rears - key must be on, go inside and just hold down the brake pedal, no pumping, have some one to crack the bleeder valve and watch until it's clear and no more air bubbles the close the valve.
