Ok, so im looking through the DIY L tuned suspension install write up to remove these shocks and springs but i've came to a halt. IM trying to take off the lower suspension arm bolt. there so much pressure in there i only mange to get half of the bolt out..any other recommendations on how to remove these suckers? thanks!!

its probably wedged in there due to the angle. try getting a jack to lift up the arm a bit....if you can get a screwdriver in the hole....get a hammer and pound it out.
