Default Just replaced ball joints and now feels wierd??

All the sudden my car feels like I can feel every bump on the road and my steering wheel feels it too. Is that normal?

Probably. Your steering gets tighter because there is less play in the ball joints.

Did you get an alignment yet?

Yes. Your old alignment was with your worn out ball joint. Now you have a new one. Its probably still close, but get an alignment anyway.
