I was wondering if anyone knew if you could use the TRD brake system with EBC grrn stuff pads? I understand there was a lot of dust from the TRD pads so wanted to knoe if anyone used this setup and if the problem got better. Also, what's the difference btw the stock brakes and these TRD brakes. Thanks.

Don't have the TRD brakes so I can't really say how they work. I saw TRD rotors available. If you get different rotors and keep the stock calipers, you can get the EBC pads without any problems. If you get different calipers, you will have to find out if EBC makes a pad for that caliper as the stockers won't fit anymore.

When you are saying "TRD Brake System", did you refer to "pads/rotors" or the whole kit that contains calipers, brake lines, pads and rotors?

Either way, you can do different combination of pads/rotors. I've seen people mixing TRD pads with other rotors and Green Stuff with TRD rotors.
