IS the 3rd Gen calipers the same as ls460? I think the BBK from a GS350 will fit the 2nd GEn.. I bert those LS460 brakes are heavy as hell..

This seems interesting I wonder if there are an actually differences in stopping distance from the LS 400 and the 460

Stopping distance doesn't improve with bigger brakes unless your current setup can't lock up the brakes (w/out ABS).

They sure look nicer than the LS400s though! I believe they are true 1-piece calipers where as the LS400s are 2-piece.

They do look like monoblock, but I am sure they are cast.

They look super sweet but probably expensive and somewhat time consumming with having to make the bracket.

If some one has a spare ls400 or supra tt caliper and a 460 caliper it would be pretty easy for a company that prototypes with cncs to make an adapter bracket. There are a bunch of those companies around here in San Diego, but I have neither of the parts.

Nightpager
some info on 3GS brakes
and Night-Pager already makes/sell just the bracket for about 600USD

Also a previous thread I made; maybe some reference
