Hard to tell...it all depends on the design of your wheel/spoke design. I suggest keeping that 10mm spacer close by if you did need it.

Its not so much offset as it is disk size. Traffic Star (Maya) has a Std/Med/Hi disks available. According to Traffic Star the RTS (aka Maya RT5) you will need the "Hi" Disk to clear the front calipers.

if you are wondering "How do I know if I have Standard, Medium or Hi disk?" It should say on the sticker on the inside of your wheel. But according to the size chart from Traffic Star the 20x9 +30 is a Hi disk so you should be in the clear

Just for a future note, never run spacers unless you absolutely need to. Anything larger than 5mm requires to have extended studs or else you wont have enough turns on the lug nuts and run the risk of your wheels falling off.

I already got the brake on and it clears!! Works like a dream and thanks for the info. And i previously had the 10 mm spacers with extended lugs but removed the spacers for the time being. But they fit without the spacers!
