A bit stiffer, but if you wanna know all about it then type in "Supra control arms" into the SEARCH feature and you will have all your questions answered

Are you referring to the NA or TT Supra parts ??

The NA is identical to SC's, whereas the TT's is a lighter aluminum alloy if I'm not mistaken.

Of course, this information is all readily available by using the search function

Default front suspension replacement

I'm in the middle of replacing the front components. I got new upper and lower control arms; new tie rod ends; new sway bar links; new motor mounts and transmission mount.
Well, my 92 SC400 with 154,000+ miles and living in the Snow Belt I've ran into a bit of RUST!
The right rear bolt to the LCA is frozen.
I don't have a Torch. My Diamond grit blade is cutting the harden steel bushing. Should I just try to cut off the bolt and order a new one?
Any suggestions would be great!

why not just cut the cam bolt. and replace it, if you cant buy a new one, just get one from a junk yard. or aliga, etc.

Default lower control arm

I called my friend who has a bunch of tools.
We tried a 12-ton Press, but that didn't work.
Then he brought out his Torch and heated the bushing to Red Hot and I pounded on the nut. It didn't bunge.
So I asked him to cut off the bolt/bushing and I would get a new one.
He brought out his 220 volt Plasma cutter and that did a quick job.
Since the Supra LCA part fits my Lexus, I imagine the cam bolt is the same for both vehicles.
My local Toyota dealer might have one in stock.
Both back cam bolts were rusty, but the fronts look near new., crazy.

Generous applications of PB Blaster over several days/weeks may help in the future with these rusted bolts/nuts

PB Blaster does not work for buried rust. That is why I cut slots in the bushing trying to get PB deeper inside.
The solution is a new Camber Kit-back, just $11.64.
The LCA Cam bolts are different. The fronts are longer.

wait...are you saying Lexus sells a camber kit for the SC's?

Is this just the stock hardware sold together as a "kit" or is this a CORRECTION kit?
