Does anyone have pictures of a Black Sapphire Pearl with painted or powder coated calipers? I can't decide what color to go with...

i just would think labor cost for powdercoating would be higher because it requires complete dis-assembly of the caliper (this is a big brake kit i have) so you would have to remove all the pistons, seals, etc. since it would be baked, while i figure painting, you wouldnt necessarily need to be dis-assembled the caliper. but the durability of powdercoat IS stronger than painting.

the other thing is i might be constrained on time as i might want to install before a car show
Powdercoating is the way to go! More work but better result with stronger durability. Do it once, do it right the first time.

I have just recently done it with a custom color

i don't think so, at least if they're OEM then no. Most people get OEM calipers painted/powder coated. I'm gonna go with powder coat once I buy them.

Default Painting brake calipers

I plan on painting my calipers next weekend using the G2 caliper paint. How long should I let each coat dry? I live in the south and the humidity is ridiculous so I think an hour or two should be ok. I see where some people have waited a full day to apply additional coats. I have never taken my wheels off of my car myself. Any tips or pointers would greatly appreciated since this will be my first time doing this mod. My car is black and what color do you guys think would look better. Black with red Lexus logo or Red with black Lexus logo? I have gloss black wheels with chrome lip. Here is a picture of my car.
