Default Another posible solution for painting calipers....

guys, at first I thought on painting my caliper...... after a lot of research I found that ppl also buy the brake caliper covers.... there are many caliper size and colors... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-B...Q5fAccessories

anyone here have tried these???? I have the OEM 18" 2006 IS350... what would be the correct caliper size for me????????

Looks cheap. Probally wont clear the IS 350 front brakes. Plastic? Wouldnt that melt due to heat? just my opinion though. Id take painted calipers over caliper covers any day.

looks cheap?? I saw the brakes (pictures) and it looks OK but not cheap at all. I don't know if it will fit the IS 350 front brakes I will measure acording to what they said. I don't know what type of material is but it will not melt due to the glue (hight temperature). Thanks for your feedback JoshIS408!! I really apreciate it!! I will like to see some more pictures.. and more feedback!!

I have an IS250 and I know that the front calipers are smaller but would it still look good if I painted them??

^ Looks pretty good. I think it would look cooler with a contrasting (black) wheel. Time for some rims.

here's mine.
maybe abit flashy in hindsight but when a bunch of us locally all decided to get ours done around the same time, f-sport blue, red and black were all taken up before I could get a word in and we all wanted different colors from one another. ive grown to like it mind you lol. but damn, that purple is quite interesting.

I think I bought my decals off bombgrafx but apparently the stuff off motogfx is easier to work with.
