Help ,FRONT drivers side lower than passenger by a inch, NOT COILOVER settings
my front drivers side is lower than the passenger side....
The coilovers are adjusted the same on the left and right. The settings are exact in height and preload.
Why is the drivers side lower by almost a inch compared to the passenger side? I thought there was something wrong with my coilovers. But I got new BC racing coilovers, and Im experiencing the same issue.
Is this the same on all other SC's? Or is there something Im overlooking in the suspension that may cause this?
All my other cars, and cars I seen dont have this problem. When the coilover are set exact, the both side should be exact or extremely close. I know one side will be off regardless since the car is not corner balance but a inch difference? Also I am on a flat surface. The rear is fine and not having this issue.
Please give me some feedback, and let me know if anyone is experiencing this. What can I check to solve this.
I know I can just raise the front driver side, or lower the passenger side to compensate, but why is this happening in the first place??
Thanks in advance guys.

i had this problem on both of my SC's. Not an inch, but definitely a noticeable difference. I would just adjust my coilovers accordingly. I also had this problem on my s14 a while back. None of the vehicles had front end damage of any sort.
An inch does seem like a lot, but than again who knows.

Its not a coilover issue. I know its the car.
Thanks for all the replies. At least I know Im not the only one in this boat.
I guess Ill just adjust the height accordingly to compensate. I wish there was a way to solve the problem though. Maybe its just the design of the car.

In any car the drivers side will be slightly lower than the passenger with the coilovers at the same height. . . it's usually not visually noticiable, but it is there. The reason is because you (the driver) are always in the car and not always a passenger. The bushings and the spring perch (the rubber cupler) will wear faster on the drivers side than the passenger.
I'v never personally seen it by as much as an inch...that could be a few other issues. Check the LCA bushings and the spring perch. . .if those check out, I dunno what to tell you. I didnt have that issue in mine.
