Help people. I have a 2001 GS430 with 120,000 and I need ball bearings, tierods, and new shocks, struts and or coilovers. Are coilovers shocks essentially and what brand do I want? I have had the other major maintenance done and plan on driving this car till the wheels fall off so I don't care about spending some money.......Help!!!

If by ball bearings you mean the ball joints then i would get those and the tie rods from one of our dealer vendors (Sewell or Carson). Coilovers are a great upgrade depending on what your price range is. Also verify that the 90k service was done. Check the classifieds for deals on used or new coilovers. Good luck.
