So I took my 06 350 to keyes lexus in van nuys about two months ago to get my brakes checked out. The dude didnt even check me in, he just said, oh its normal on all is's, dont worry about it. I said i didnt pay 40 g's to roll up to valet to stop with a shreeking squeal and have everyone stare at me....he said sorry, but everyone deals with it. So now two months later, i moved up to Santa Clarita, and am at Lexus of Valencia right now as i type this =) They checked me in, apologized for the inconvenience I have indured, and are replacing everything under warranty. Rotors are being shaved, pads replaced.

Moral of the story, shop around! Just a little fyi...
