So I would assume the the new springs do not require the Tein Silencers?

Yes, that's the idea.

I took my car in for the TSB and they said my springs dont clunk so its whatever. My service guy said they just put rubber covers on the springs..... Never said anything about a new spring.

And that's with the F-sport springs? Weird! This is the first report of silencers instead of new springs. My guy is promising me new springs that have been "revised."

Same here but I already got Teins sleeves and service guy told me the clunk noise isn't there so I left.

Sounds like you were dealing with 2 lame SA's. Glad you finally got it worked out.

Just wondering if i keep my old ones on and not do the tsb on my springs and ignore the clunk noise will it mess anything up later in the future? Also are they replacing both rear springs for tsb?

I doubt if there is any harm by using old springs other than the constant annoyance and possible reduction in resale value if the noise is noticed during resale or trade.

Yes, both rear springs are to be replaced per TSB.
