I ment I use a/b to move the whole sleeve up or down. Rather then my hand some time. Cause here were it gets dirty it hard to move by hand. I don't change the preload.

That looks a pretty bad accident.

I hope you and everyone involved are ok.

Heartbreaking to see the car like that

I am glad you were ok that is the most important. I hated when irresponsible people don't account for their actions. it is emotional you see something you care the most and being destroy with careless people. Make sure you see well known chiropractor even though it did not seem much pain at the moment. I can not stress enough please see chiropractor. I learned it the hard way.

Good luck.

On the IS2xx, it is fine to install coilover. Keep in mind though, there is a certain drop which require camper kits to compensate so that it won't wear out the tires quickly. From 1 to 1.4 inches drop, you won't need camper kits. I dropped my GS on spring with 1.3 inches and I don't need any camper kits and the alignment was fine. Some cars have height sensor and that could affect it. Our IS2xx, it is ok.

I believe our cars have height sensors for the auto-leveling headlights as well as a speed sensor which needs to be unplugged to uninstall/reinstall suspension. As long as those sensors get plugged back in, you should be fine.

Wrong on that note they don't need to be touched. Hence why people are getting their afs light among other. I've yet to touch any sensor while working swapping my coil over twice.

It may not be necessary, but the fact that people are reporting those warning lights means that some people feel the need to unplug them. You may be better at swapping coils than they are, but you can't expect them to have your skills/knowledge
