Default F-Sport Springs vs X-Package

Does anyone know how much difference in drop I will have if I put on f-sport springs on my 2007 X-Package setup?

they say the x package is .5 inch lower than stock. The f-sport spings suppose to lower the car about 1 inch lower. So im thinking about .5 inch lower. Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

Ok, I'll correct you

The sport package springs (same as X) are .4 inches lower than stock in front, same stock height in rear (and linear springs).

The F-sports are supposedly 1 inch lower than stock all around (and progressive rate)

kurtz always to the rescue. you know kurtz, without me you wouldn't look so smart =)

So what you are saying is that he will get a .6 inch difference in drop? if so, i was .1 inch off!?!?!? This is the closest to correct that I will ever get.

Good looking out Kurtz !

Yes Kurtz is 100% correct!

Now that my Fsport springs have settled it has been measured to be about a 1.1-1.2 inch drop all around.

All drops quoted are reasonable estimates, but the difference is noticeable (f-sports and/or Eibach 350's versus sport suspension springs). I have the Eibach 350's as replacement for sport pkg. springs on my IS350.

These pics should help you decide. Dropped from X-pack sports spring. The front only lower half an inch more than sports spring but it looked much more. The back dropped about an inch. Car stance is much better with F-sport. Some people were even saying it's too low, obviously they haven't seen other CL members cars. F-sport and Eibach give the least drop.
