What to do to make power steering smoother?
I just finished getting my power steering and rack pinion replaced on my SC300. The steering is really tough to steer and a lot of force has to be used to turn. Do I need to flush my power steering fluid and refill with ATF to get the power steering to steer smooth?

If the place you had your rack and pinion replaced at (assuming you did not do it yourself) used power steering fluid versus dexron II or III, that's why your power steering is horrible. Check if that's what they did because the owner's manual and the cap calls for dexron II or higher.
