Default Rear brakes

What type of brake lube should I uses on my rear brake slide pins for my IS 350?

You can use any high temp wheel bearing grease. Once it's fully assembled there should be rubber boots that seal the pins.

Does Toyota or Lexus have a house lube for this type of job?

Of course! All car dealers grab someones cheap product, slap their label on it and sell it for double the price! Its massive profit for them!
