I remember a couple years back I was looking into purchasing springs for my 01 gs300, but at that time the only s-tech available was for the 400/430.

I bought the 400/430 stech and put them on my gs300 and the ride height was ok with stock wheels, but still had a fender gap when i put my 19s on.

Than i bought the tein type ss coil overs to get a lower ride height.

I am getting ready to take out the type SS coilovers to sell, and the s-tech springs i previously bought i was going to temp keep it on my car until i decide to put stock height back on.

I went to the tein website and noticed a STECH for GS300, which seemed like a suprise. Now i'm pondering on purchasing the STECH for the correct model, but not sure if I would be wasting money on that since I have the 400/430 version.

So my question is, when did the s-techs come out for 98-05 GS300? and should i buy those springs (98-05 GS300) or keep the ones i currently have (98-05 GS400/430).

They're the same springs that's why you get less of a drop on the 300 as opposed to the 400/430.

yeah i read that somewhere but the specs for the gs3 is 1.5 front 1.1 rear
and gs4 is 1.8 * 1.7

I know the front is heavier on the gs4 due to the engine, but with the rear, i dont understand how 1.1 rear on gs3 is same as 1.7 rear on gs4. Isn't the rears the same?
