I'm looking at doing a coilover setup, what would the best option be for daily driving? TEIN seems like a good fit, but i thought i read somewhere that they aer noisy? Opionions would be helpful. Thx

Welcome to the Club. Not exactly sure what would suit you as everyone has different tastes but Tein CS is pretty popular around here.

I have been waiting on another member to get his new stuff and he just got it in today, and he is going to try to put it on this weekend. So if he gets his on, I should have it on next week. I have been wanting to get it done!!

Welcome to CL.

First of all, this is an ageless question. Most folks here that have an opinion will probably ask you "what's your goal, to ride low and/smooth or just provide a subtle, tasteful drop." With that said, I would suggest a couple of things.

- Use the search function. You'll find lots of valuable information by reading other comments on their set-up especially from those that have had or riden in multiple set-ups for comparisons.

- Decide if coilovers really are the way to go for you opposed to a nice spring/shock combo. Here's a good place to start - shock vs. spring/shock combo (has different wheel sizes as well) https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...gs-shocks.html

- you might also want to stop by the ULTIMATE spring/shock combo thread to get some ideas. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...d-threads.html

Good luck!

By the way, you might also want to consider what spring rate you're after. Start here:
