Now to get this back who has 4 pot ROTORA on their rears?? I am looking for measurements from the rear rotor out please to see how much clearance they need. My fronts stick out ~ 7mm from the rotor so I would assume the 4 pot doesnt but that is why I am looking for exact measurements.

According to Lexus USA, yes. They are sold as being compatible with the OEM 18" wheels.
