Do you have a list of what exactly you need to swap those calipers?

Calipers, rotors, pads, anti-squeal kit (shim kit)... and while you're down there, I'd also recommend swapping in braided brake lines but it's not necessary.

Dont forget Grinder/Dremel to shave down caliper and TR bolt if not using RCA's.

I had a set of ¾" RCA's made out of stainless so should clear also where u get the calipers that say Lexus?

Has anyone explored putting the left caliper on the right and right on the left to increase clearance? I know the bleeder is upside down, but that isn't a show stopper. It is an old school trick that if it works might make the LS calipers a very easy bolt on.

But I don't know the hose placement, so a longer brake hose might be needed.

Just an idea.

Calipers won't bolt on if it's flipped left to right, right to left.
