Default Replaced control arms; no luck

Hey guys, I have a 2000 GS300 and know that the lower ball joints should be replaced. So I bought a pair from Carson's (~$145) and threw them on. I still have the same clunking noise coming from my passenger side while driving on rough surfaces at about 10-15mph. Any thoughts on what it might still be? Please help! Thank you for you time
