Default Brake Pads wearing uneven in the rears

Hi Guys,
Can anyone help me out? I have a 01 GS300 and I just replaced my rear pads. When I took them out, I noticed the inner ones wore a little bit faster than the outer ones by a few millimeters. When I pushed the pistons back with the C-clamp, they moved easily with no problem.

I had an issue with my front driver's side rotor about 6 months ago because one of the pistons was busted and I had it replaced. Could that have been an issue for the uneven wear?

Thanks,
Johnny

it probably not lubed enough for the bolts to slide or it's starting to go bad... but first try lubing up the bolts for the calipers... that might solve the problem..

The only problem is that the rears don't have lug boots to lube like the front.
