So I dropped off the cash for my HKS Hipermax LS+ at my local shop and received a call today saying that all the HKS Coilovers are discontinued for the 2GS, Hipermax LS/LS+/RS/CLX...

They said they tried all three of their major suppliers and got the same story from everyone.

Any confirmations of this?

Yah....last month, Steve Ganz could get the last set from HKS....I think the Hipermax II for cheap....not sure if its already long gone.

Hmmm... what would be some other brands to look at for a good quality coilover in that area? All I can find is JIC's so far, Tein would be a definite step down from what I have read.
