Default Upper Cntrl Arm - Mevotech

Has anyone out there tried these Mevotech Upper Control Arms? Might have to do mine and these are running $257 each side.

Compared to OEM off Sewell's site. Anyone think they are that different? I'm looking for anyone who knows about Mevotech or has tried their parts. The OEMs are about $40 more per arm off Sewell's web site and they do look thicker through the arm. I will probably just suck in my belly and get the OEMs but money is really tight. I don't even know if the things need replacing. How long has your OEMs survived before replacing? What are the precursors I should be looking or listening for that will tell me they have to go? Thanks for your time.

just think what will happen if they are not OEM quality. It may look as strong but unless you're Superman, you can't tell the composition of the suspension parts.

As for inspection, wiggle the crap out of your wheels. Mine wiggled making a metal-to-metal sound.

wow they look plastic made compare to OEM .

anyways, not to hijack the thread or anything; just a quick question
i hear metal clunking when i turn my car right/left with the car not moving fowards nor backwards. this happens sometimes when i reverse too, is this a control arm or balljoint or WHAT issues
