Default Brake master swap 98 sc300

Hey guys I need help. I changed the master cylinder on a 98 Sc300.

The brakes were squishy and dropped to the ground before swap. But they worked.

After the swap and bleebing the calipers I now have no brakes.

My friend told me to try replacing the brake booster. But I don't wanna waste the money if I don't need to.

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder? This way you are just pushing air into the lines from it being dry. I would try bleeding the lines multiple times starting at the front driver, then front passenger, then rear driver, then rear passenger, then reverse that, rr, lr, rf, lf. If you dont know what bench bleeding is, basically your brake lines are not hooked up and instead you have small tubes that lead from the lines back into the reservoir. If you google or youtube it you will see a bunch of results on how to do it.

While a booster could effect brake feel, usually the pedal becomes stiff due to not having the extra assist that the booster provides.
