If you are in snow-free states, you probably have no problem with the end links. Man that end links can cost as much as the sway lol. Dislike!!!

If you have an AWD and are going to an AWD, there will be no issues. If you are going to a RWD the rear will fit but the front won't (you'll need the brackets and bolts from your 07 rear as well, unless your 11-13 is a Sport Package/F-Sport model).

That said, if you are going from a RWD to a RWD, the front can fit as long as you keep your original front end links and also provided you don't have HID's on either car, because the leveling sensor mounts to a different point (sway bar on 06-08 cars, control arm on 09-13 cars).

Thanks Jeff. I'm going from RWD to RWD. Planning on trading up to F sport model 350. So front will not work but rear will work. I believe I only need the rear sway for 350 based on other threads that I have read.

The rear bar is definitely more noticeable, but the front is an upgrade worth having as well.

The 250 and 350 use the same bars, so which model it is that way doesn't matter.

I have an IS250 AWD. Will front and rear sways alleviate the stress on my CV Joints when turning? I am lowered on Megan EZ Coils at 24.5" from fender to ground.

I've already replaced my CV joints before and I'm looking for an alternative.

I also plan on bagging my car so that I can pre-set a drive height (close to OEM height for AWD)

is $410 shipped about the best I can expect to currently pay for front/rear F-sport Sways?

Thinking about buying some on Ebay.

Unfortunately I do not know this answer but is this a common AWD problem? The only time I've ever heard someone say this is another guy with an AWD too.

Is there a difference between the weight of the F Sport sways vs the OEMs?

hey guys, im kinda confused on part numbers for the f sport sway bars. i have a 2007 is250 RWD, and i bought only the rear sway bar for now the part number is PTR02-53080. Is that the correct number for my vehicle? and also, is there any special instructions for installation other than what comes on the installation guide? im going to have an independent shop that work exclusively on lexus vehicles, so if there is anything else i need to tell them that would be appreciated! thanks guys!

I have a 2010 IS250 AWD and just purchased the F sport sway set. I have been reading up and am very surprised that there is now DIY with pics to install them. Sure the rear is basic, but the front I am concerned about.

Can the front sway be install on just ramps in my drive way?

I have read that the lower subframe needs lowered and you have to "mess with the steering a bit" so I am concerned about doing all this on ramps. Is the subframe on our cars just a brace? Or does it provide the mounting points for the suspension and I am going in over my head. A PITA is fine with me, I just need to know that its actually possible to do in my driveway with just ramps and wrenches.

Also, on a lot of old threads, I see a link to the instructions to install it bu Sewell is gone now and the link no longer works, anyone have the PDF?

On a side note, with the sways being my first suspension/chassis upgrade, what should I look at next? The rear brace? FIG bushings? Coilovers? Bang for my buck is paramount.

Thanks in advance
