That's wrong. They are definitely different. If they were the same, the values for IS250 RWD and IS350 RWD would be identical in the chart below. You'll also see in the chart below how small of a different the F-Sport front sway makes on an IS350. I don't think anyone will notice a 6.3% change in stiffness. The only reason I can think of for getting an F-Sport front sway on an IS350 is to be a brand *****, because you're OCD and/or you have so much money you don't care. ]

The confusion here is the picture claims IS250 have thinner front sways than IS350, but Lou said it's all the same. I can go under my car with caliper and measure the front sway bar size wise
Because I want to know also before I make a decision.. not going to pay $300 extra for 1mm increase

That is NOT wrong. When I compiled the attached chart, I contacted Lexus, and through much teeth pulling I obtained the sway bar diameters. I then called a Lexus dealer's Parts Department, and verified that the PNs for the IS250 and IS350 RWD models were the same.

I know you've mentioned this before.... but I know I've also mentioned the same thing the previous poster has...
Which is that the F-sport sway chart would make no sense whatsoever if the OEM bars were the same between the 350 and 250 RWD models.
So either Lexus lied to you on the phone, or they've lied in every single thing they've ever published regarding the F-sport bars. Both can't be correct.

Yes, the stock/OEM front IS350 sway bar is a great upgrade for IS250 RWD owners. It will give you almost identical gains to the F-Sport front sway, for a fraction of the cost. The trouble is that many IS350 owners know the front is waste of money, so only get the rear F-Sport sway and thus you don't see many used IS350 front sways for sale. For the rear on an IS250 RWD, you might as well get the F-Sport though.

Ok, so speaking in all OEM that chart is saying that the IS250 has a stiffer OEM rear sway bar than the IS350? and the IS350 has a stiffer front bar than the IS250?
interesting.....
interesting.....

IS 250 sway bar installation instructions
#312
Hi everyone,
I was trying to install the f-sport rear sway bar and realized that the bolts were really tough to remove (space is really limited and maybe i am weak lol). I sprayed some wd40 and no use, the bolts won't budge. For those who install it themselves, can you give me some advices/tips on this. Thanks!
if anyone around the 626 area and willing to help me out, that will be awesome too! :]

The common phrase is "righty tighty, lefty loosey" but I have no idea if what I'm saying applies to your question. Turning a bolt clockwise means you are tightening the bolt. To loosen the bolt, you have to turn it counter clockwise (left).
