Fixed the typo.. thanks for the heads up...

Probably a good idea to kill my quote in your post, so I don't confuse anyone...

Due to the crazy market last week, i had no time to pick up these low dust pads..
I am not even going to bother to take it in to the dealership for the TSB..
1) I am down to the sensors (pads are toast)
2) I can't deal with some one I don't know working on my car.

I definitely recommend getting this done. I have an 08 and I'd clean my wheels and within a day it would be covered in brake dust again. This practically gets rid of the problem. You'll have very very minimal brake dust (just like normal cars).

My dealership provides a loaner car for any service visit that will take more than 2 hours, from what I've read this isn't the norm though.

Just got this service done today. Found out they went on a test drive with out my permission. Noticed someone went out for a little joy ride. When I left my car there, my gas was 70%. When I got it back it was close to 55%. Also, had a scratch on my trunk. Thank god I looked around. They brought it to a department to buff it out and polish and it wouldn't come off. I have to bring my car in again for them to wet sand it and polish it. If that doesn't work I have to get my whole trunk repainted..Lexus SUCKS!

Same here, just got it done today. First thing I notice is that the new pad is not grabby as the original. Ya, I notice both front wheels are a little scratch up.

im getting the TSIB on my 07 IS as we speak. I do actually like that grabby feel since its the same feel as my BMW. I hope the braking won't be mushy like the ES loaner car I'm driving now. how do the post TSIB brakes feel compared to ES?

New to CL, first post actually. Recently got an 08 IS250 and the dealership replaced my pads today free of charge, if it wasn't for browsing around on the forum I probably would have never known about the TSIB. Thanks guys!

Do several 60-10 panic brake stops.
