Question L-tuned spring??

Is the L-tuned spring from sewell the one everyone gets? This is the TRD spring for the GS..says it goes down 20mm (is this 2inches?) sewell's website also says you can use your factory shocks..no need for upgrade
why are people replacing their shocks as well and have seen some call the L-tuned shocks..where are these? cannot find

see attched link:http://www.sewellpartsonline.com/par...id=87754&all=Y

20mm is about 1 inch. The struts have been discontinued but KYB's are almost identical. Other options include the Bilsteins for the struts.
