If you're going for "everyday use", why not just stick with OEM? Low dusting, acceptable grip, and low noise.

When I ordered some, they were $45 for each set (2 pads) from www.irontoad.com They are a Lexus dealership in Pennsylvania.

I just installed the EBC Red Stuff pads on my IS350. They are the same pads that go on the GS according to the box. So far I am very happy with the performance out of them. PM me if I can be of more help.

I've had EBC Greenstuff on other cars. Worked well, and low dust. OEM's are fine as well, and cheap enough if you order them online..
