I hate those FK452's as well. Bought several pairs for my 330i, and it was so noisy, and talking about uneven wear. I will never buy them again. I think the springs look the best than any other spring out there. I had them on mine for 2 days, and it lowered so far, I couldnt turn the wheels no more than half without it ripping the fender off nearly, so back to stock for me now. JMO.

My car below is on espillir springs

The ride was too harsh for me, so i went with coilovers instead. I will be selling my old springs on the classifieds if anyone is interested

Hmm looked better with the IS wheels, but Thanks for posting the pics. Nice drop with the kybs. Did you relocate the harness?

yea the IS's were a bit classier, but I like the agresive size of the new rollers plus I got them cheap as F****. Havent had a real chance to drive the car yet cuz i'm still waiting on a set of new calipers before I can even hit the street. I need to cut my rear fenders to clear the rim and I want to go lower so I think I am going to upgrade to coil-overs

On espelirs and kyb-gr2, good ride for the most part, till you hit some bad roads and bumps haha. So yes, they are more stiff compared to stock, but I like it.

1. how the front sits, no gap

2. how the rear sits, barely a gap, finger and a half maybe?

3. how low my front sits with AC rep front

4. and on g35 coupe wheels

5. only side shot I have, slight raked look

IF you want low on a budget get a set of Sprint JZA80 Supra springs and a used set of OEM JZA80 Supra shocks. I'd probably cost you about $300-400 and your car will be low as hell. I have this set up with 18" wheels and 35 series tires and my car is almost undrivable in most situations for the novice driver.

My buddy Koa on this forum has them... they do drop the car very nicely, but they are so soft, rubs everywhere with a pretty conservative wheel fitment.

Answering the 3 year old question, yes, the tire wear on the inside of my front tires is horrendous. bought the car with the springs already on, previous owner didnt know when they were put on. im on espelir springs and monroe shocks. getting some negative camber which isn't helping the tire situation. any help on the best route to take to permanently fix this? I was thinking camber arms but Im not an expert on fixing the tire tread problem.

I dont think there is much of a fix for that, I mean the tire wear atleast in my experiance has been minimal (ASD over a year) and my front tires have lasted me just as long. You should always check bushings and constant alignment checks is the only thing I can think of to help battle tire wear with this suspension set up

my tire wear was bad without the alignment, after alignment i went 6k miles on a set of tires and when i sold the rims/tires they looked like they were never used. I'm switching over to a coilover set up so if anyone looking for a set of stock struts/espilir springs let me know. The struts are in good shape no leaks the car rides stiff.
