Unhappy Tein CS (version 1) leaking

My front driver-side CS is leaking....got fluids running down the side of the tube....on the spring...and dust cover.....its been making a "clunk" when going over un-even surfaces.

How much does it cost to rebuild/overhaul? Whats the avg. turnaround time?

Thanks.

Pete
