So I just bought a 2nd car a new Volvo C30.. pretty cool I might add, and started looking for mods for it and ran across this universal spring stiffener. Looks really ghetto but I can see how it'll work if the thing is secure. Since the 2IS has so much body roll it might be worth a try.

I guess this is for folks that don't want to lower their cars but want a firmer ride and less roll. I personally don't want to lower my car and wouldn't mind trying these along with sways. It might flatten the ride out nicely. It's an easy diy project too probably only takes a few mins per coil. Worst case scenario is that one of these buckles but then if it does it can't do any damage either.

IPD is a VERY reputable Volvo mod company...they have been around since the 60s I think....If they sell it, it works great on Volvos....

This is a universal mod for all cars not volvo specific. I just got a new Volvo C30 and will be getting their IPD ecu software. They really have good stuff. I might get 2 sets for the IS first cuz it needs it the most. Then if all is good get 2 sets for the C30. I don't like lowering.
