i have megans on mine..so mine might not be exactly the same as your setup..but what i have to do is loosen the top "nut" thing by the spring, and the bottom one a bit, then turn the top one clockwise to lower it..then tighten it back up after getting the right height..it shouldnt be that difficult, just time consuming depending on how low you plan to go and how high their set up at right now

you will see the springs compress / de-compress. you have to pull them out of the box and experiment. then when you get the height you want, you take the two nuts, and turn them towards each other to "lock" them into place so they don't move anymore... it's pretty much self explanatory

i have TEIN CS, so the diagram is diff than what is shown above.

that stainless steel lock nut case... it doesn't look like you need to move it. only those lock nut and seat from above. They look like two washers.

they should give you a special tool to move those two pieces. If not, you can't move them by hand.

there is a tool. but if you look at the pic it says that the lower case nut is for hight adjustment. iand i dont see how it would be since after you install it on the car how would you lower it with the lower case nut.

that setup is different than mine. maybe that lock nut locks those two lock nut and lower seat into place.

in all seriousness, you gotta pull them out and experiment if you're unsure. you really need someone to show you, or you do it yourself. I doubt you'll break it

You should be able to turn the lower seat lock, it looks similar in design to my old Kei-Office coil overs (however they have seized so I can only move the seat lock and not the lower strut section).
