Default Shaking steering wheel after replacing steering rack bushing

What's up guys? just wonder if any one experience the same thing that I have after replacing the steering rack bushings. This is the second time that it has happened to me. The first time when I replaced it on my 92 sc400 and the second on my 95 sc300. I know this is not normal. I think it is my rack and pinion is shot, but i'm not sure. When the car is on, I turn the wheel to the left, the steering wheel shuters or shakes. The guy at the alignment shop told me that after i changed the bushing, my rack and pinion is snug and tight so I could feel the r/p going bad vs when I had on my old bushings where everything was loose and could not feel it shake. Well, that happened to my previous 92 sc.

Anybody experiened this?

What do you guys thing?

TIA.
