Default Will 350z/g35 brembos fit a gs??

I have access to a set of brembos off of a 350z. Has anyone ever attempted to fit these on a 2nd gen gs? Or has anyone even thought of this? Would I need both the rotor and the caliper or would I use our stock rotor and the brembo calipers??

I figured I would go ahead and ask if this has been thought of or attempted before I attemp it myself. thanks

Were you going to say that since they are from a nissan/infiniti they should stay on one? As far as I know brembos are used on a lot of cars and I figured since they would be an upgrade for our cars then why not see if it will work. I think I just might go ahead and try to fit one of the fronts to see if it will work or not.

So I went ahead and tried this today and well...No luck!! But I did measure them and the rotors are 12 3/4" > bigger than gs's, but the part that did not match was the hole spacing where the caliper mounts. The brembos are 4" apart while the gs are slightly more spaced out. So unless I get custom brackets made, I think ls400 brakes is the way to go for me.

dude, custom brackets are so easy to make. You can have brembo calipers on there for cheap. We put Corvette 6 piston calipers on my silverado

just make a rough pattern out of poster board marking the 4 holes (2 from the stock gs and 2 from the brembo's to line them up, then transfer the pattern over to 3/8" steel and have it cut out. Measurements are very very important but that's about how hard it is....
