Default Aftermarket calipers direct replacement for oem?

Wondering about this,

Are there any aftermarket calipers such as brembo or endless or willwood or whatever that fit as a direct replacement for our oem ones?

lets say i want to remove my old calipers and pads and want to replace them with oh lets say brembo caliper with hawk pads. Would this work on stock rotor size?

No one makes aftermarket calipers for our cars (direct replacement). It's pointless since the main reason for aftermarket BBK is to increase the rotor, thus increasing the pad surface area. There is no advantage as far as braking distance if you change out the calipers.

If you want to reduce fading, reduce the crappy OEM mushy pedal feel, you're going to have to go with some kind of BBK.

The closest thing to direct bolt on is the Supra TT bbk. You can buy some aftermarket calipers and rotors and be in it for about 1/2 of what they go for new. I just installed this on my gs4 and the only modification I had to do to make them fit was cut the heat shield a little. WELL worth the time and effort to get them in. My car stops on a dime now. Amazing difference! By far the best mod I've made so far!
