Default Tie Rod Ends Inner & Outer

Is there a general rule of thumb as to which usually wears quicker as far as the steering components? Do the outer tie rod ends wear quicker than the inner tie rods? I recently replaced my rack bushings, but I feel there is some play when I go over a bump with one of the front tires the steering wheel will move either to the left or to the right when driving? Everything else seems fine with the steering system. Just wondering what I should replace first.

For example: on the front suspension the lower control arm bushings wear out faster than the uppers. Which tie rods are most likely to wear out faster?

the inner tie rods are part of the steering rack.

I know its part of the rack. Which one is more likely to wear the quickest? Both inner and outer rods can be replaced w/o replacing the rack. Are the outer tie rods subjected to more wear and tear or is the same for both the inner and outer rods?
