"What the hell is this squeeky noise about"
"Aight, I got a 99' GS400 thats pretty stock as far as the suspension and anything major goes. All I know is that I can stand at the rear quarter panel on the drivers side of the car, just over the gas door, and press down over and over and get this irritating squeeky noise! Its sounds like a f****ng closet door opening and closing. Also does it when Im driving at like 5-20mph and over speed bumps. Need help guys, got a bad feeling about this one."

I'm pretty sure you have some bushings that are cracked and dried out. Pull your rear wheels and you will probably see the black bushings and see that they are dried out.
You can spray them with silicone stray and the sqeak will go away for about a month or more. WD40 works, but only lasts a short time and if it rains, it will not work at all. The silicon spray works the best.
Replacing the bushings is not cheap.
