How much were they? Let me know how the ride quality is. Also post up pics when you get them installed!

H&R will drop more and also ride more harsh than the Eibach from all the things I've heard (which is approx 25 people with experience).

Hey, just found this thread now as I'm not too often in the Suspension & Brakes section. Thanks iSuxeL for mentioning my car.
The springs cost me 199 EUR, no shipping as I bought and installed them at my Lexus dealer. Well, really love the drop, I think with stock wheel size it's just perfect. Ride comfort is still very good, not too harsh. Cornering is much more precise now. I don't regret my choice. H&R is in fact a German brand, here's the official homepage: http://www.h-r.com/

Here in America H&R has the springs ONLY for the IS350.

In europe are the H&R springs designed for the IS250?? I'm sure they are because the 350 is not available there I dont think.

Do you know why the US H&R website www.hrsprings.com has them available for the IS350 and not the IS250??

Yes, the springs are designed for the IS250 and the IS220d as the 350 isn't available. I joined a pdf of the german TÜV expert opinion we need to install them. It also has an english translation, so you can see some technical aspects. I actually searched on http://www.hrsprings.com/ and found that the springs are available for you (model year 2006; Lexus IS250; 2WD) Part number:29122-1 ;the same as here. Suggested price:369$. The only difference I can see that we have an even drop of 35mm front and rear, while the US version has 1.4" (35mm) in front and 1.3" (33mm) at the rear. Possibly both kits may also differ in material and thickness? It could be interesting to know if this is for marketing reasons only or due to the car itself or even different road conditions in EU and US.

Eibach IMO has the perfect drop for the IS250.
I get so many compliments that my car looks perfect with the Eibach drop. The ride is not too hard.
