Help! Anyone with 18x8" OEMs and supra TT BBK
After recent install of Supra TT BBK and H&R 10mm spacers i still get 55+ vibrations thru the steering wheel bad......
The front of the car and steering wheel would vibrate like the tires were unbalanced from 55+.
new oem 18x8 gs430's,new falken452's,new tie rods, ball joints, steering bushings, new BBK , new H&R hub centric 10mm, lugs torqued 76lbs.
Is it the spacers? My firend that owns a rim company (Modular VIP rims) told me that spacers will always have that characteristic.
I'm gonna throw my IS rear 18x8.5's on the front to see if its the spacers. If not then probably Have em Force high speed balanced. Any ideas b4 i continue on the never ending quest for a smooth ride?

I Did the road force balance and vibrations still there..Its a 98 GS400 with 80K miles, could the bearings have gone bad so early? anyone got any more ideas..

Look for a shop that can balance the tires while still on the car. Also check the adjustment of the pre-load on the steering rack. I have had this issue on and off with my 99' GS400. Agressive performance (non-all-season) tires magnify the problem. Last resort is to break down all the tires off the wheels and check each wheel for vertical or lateral run out. The OEM rims often are not perfect, especially after lots of miles.
