Default drop links or anti-roll bar bushings?

http://beta.lexus-parts.com/assembly......00&year=161

what are the chances that i'd be lucky enough that the $16 #48815 is the cause of the rattling in the front of my '00 GS300 Sport? or is it more likely to be #'s 48820B(RH) & 48810(LH). Is one of these known for wearing more than the other?

i've just had the stabilizer control arms done on both sides and the ride quality and handling are much improved and some of the rattling went away, but not all.

is there anywhere on the net that i can get spurious reproductions?
