New TEIN CS coil-overs, where in the HELL did all that noise come from???
Just had some Tein CS coilovers installed on my 99 GS300. It is absolutely beautiful, black on black with a slight tint, dropped JJJUUUSSSTTTT over the fender wheels.....I'm telling ya, sexy as can be. The problem is with my L-tuned 18' Salinas (offset), Bridgestone Poles Position 960AS, I have this HUGE roaring noise on the highway, mostly when I'm turning. I just had the barrings replaced 1,000 miles ago.
Any suggestions?

I'm wondering, has anyone else had noise issues with the Tein vs. maybe the HKS or other coilover set-ups.

Is the tire rubbing the inner plastic under the fender? Give a visual check.
Raise the car a little more to see what happen.
Did you aligned the front wheels?
Does the steering keep straight in the highway?
Analize....

Has anyone heard the same noise issue with TEIN CS coil overs?

I had a similar problem. Roll down your window...
1. Take an Off Ramp exit a little faster...
2. Listen if the Roar is from the rear...if turning right on the off ramp...you will hear it from the drivers side rear fender well...
3. If it is then the offset on your rims is too high...your tire is scraping the plastic/rubbery portion of the fender well
4. You might have to get a lower profile or less wide tire..esp with the sweet drop.
