This is precisely why I have been annoyed at all the whining for the TSB from the 250 owners. How many would be complaining as hard about the alleged brake dust "tragedy" if it didn't happen for the 350 owners?
As far as I see it, a significant proportion of the whining for a TSB for the 250 occurred for 2 reasons. 1) People just wanted free brake pads. 2) If the 350 people can have them, we want ours too.
I bet a bunch of people are privately glad they have brake dust on their wheels. woo hoo! free brake pads! You know who you are.

Please don't make general statements for which you have no evidence to support them.
They arent in the business to make less money, they are in the business of making ALL the money! YES they did make a killing off of you, no matter how much you THINK you saved on the purchase of that car. And YES you should take EVERYTHING you can get free from them.....
Isn't that what I'm saying? that those pads aren't going to be free because they aren't in the business to make less money?

Just called my dealer and at this time they have no tsb. I told him it was posted in the online forums and he said he's heard of it as several customers have called yesterday & today.
He did state that 250 does have different pads than the 350 but acknowledges the dust problem and fully expects a tsb to be out at a later date
